Who are your regulators?

ZenFi Financial Services Ltd is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) and by the South Africa Financial Sector Conduct Authority (‘FSCA’). ZenFi Markets Limited is authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (‘SCB’).

How can I join the ZenFi promoter program?

Fill in our online form with your contact details and some basic information (e.g. your website (if applicable), number of potential clients, etc) and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss this further. You can find the form on the 'Promoter Program' page

Accounts

How do I open a live trading account?

To register for a live trading account, click on the 'Register' icon on the ZenFi homepage and follow the steps required to complete the sign-up process. You will be asked to upload your ID document(s), or you can upload them later. You can proceed to fund your account and start trading on our trading platform MT5.

What type of account can I open?

We offer multiple account types. To find out what type best fits you, we suggest to take a look on the 'Account Types' page for a detailed explanation. 

Can I open more than one account?

Yes, you can open as many accounts as you want. Just send an email to support@zenfimarkets.com with your request and we will message you within 1 day with the login credentials of your extra account. 

What base currencies can I open an account in?

Clients of FxPro Financial Services Limited & FxPro Global Markets Limited may open a trading account in EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CHF, JPY, PLN and ZAR.

Just select which currency you would like your account to be in. When transferring your wallet to a different currency you will see a live exchange rate that you can accept or decline. 

Deposit/Withdrawal

What is the recommended 
minimum deposit?

The recommended deposit amount is a minimum of $1000 but you can deposit an amount from as low as $100.

Is it possible to lose more money than I deposited?

ZenFi offers Negative Balance Protection (NBP) for all clients, regardless of their categorisation & jurisdiction, thereby ensuring that you cannot lose more than your total deposits.

How do you keep Clients funds safe? 

ZenFi takes the safety of client funds very seriously. For this reason, all client 'funds are fully segregated from the company’s own funds' and kept in separate bank accounts in major European banks. This ensures that client funds cannot be used for any other purpose.

 

In addition, ZenFi UK Limited is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and ZenFi Financial Services Limited is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF).

What methods can I use to deposit/withdraw?

We accept the following methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Bank transfer, Credit/Debitcards, Neteller, Skrill, Paypal, Crypto (ETH, BTC, USDT), and there are more options available depending on jurisdiction. 

Verification

Are my personal details safe?

ZenFi takes serious precautionary measures to ensure that your personal details are held in absolute confidence. Your passwords are encrypted and your personal details are stored on secure servers and cannot be accessed by anyone, with the exception of a very small number of authorised members of staff.

What documents do you require?

We require a copy of your valid International Passport, National ID card or Driver's Licence in order to verify your identity.

We may also request in some cases a Proof of residence or income document showing your name and address, issued within the last 6 months.

How can I upload or send my documents?

You can send them to verification@zenfi.com or upload them in your account.
